Custom Perfumes - Perfume Oil

All custom perfumes are made to order and have a turn around time of 10 business days. Our perfume blends are a combination of essential oils, fragrances oils, and perfuming aroma chemicals.

Basic Information on Custom Perfume designs

• All perfume oils come in a 15 ml glass bottle with dropper using a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil, Vitamin E Oil, & Optiphen
  
  
• Please advise of any allergies or any scent aversions
  
  
• We have hundreds of fragrances, essential oils, and synthetics on hand, however, our list is not exhaustive and it is not within our ability to purchase $200 worth of additional perfuming components for a custom perfume sold for half that cost. Please inquire first if you are looking for something specific.
  
  
• We will do our best if a fragrance category is requested such as aquatic, ozone, exotic floral, fougere, etc. Many of these categories do not have specific fragrance components. Additionally, if requesting something abstract like ‘sparkly’ please describe what that means to you as my creative interpretation might vary greatly. 
  
  
• Please submit realistic descriptions not abstract concepts open to interpretation.
  
  
• No AI generated formulations will be accepted

Order Specifications

• A general theme based on correspondences for Aphrodite or just a general perfume for Aphrodite or an intention like Love Drawing Perfume
  
  
• Include any specific notes or types i.e. Patchouli, Jasmine, Bergamot, Leather, Peach or general aromatic notes like a spicy exotic floral with hints of citrus.
  
  
• include a name for the fragrance like Jennifer's perfume and if you would like a specific label image otherwise we will select something accordingly
  
  
• No CHAT GPT AI generated formulations will be accepted. (see below)
  
  
• We do not provide samples and testing for our custom perfumes as that would eat into the shipping costs and additional product costs above and beyond what we charge for our custom designs. If you would like to arrange something, we can discuss extra costs for shipping samples and the extra materials needed to create them.
  
  
• We do not do private label offerings based on any of our custom listings nor any of our permanent catalog items. (see below)

Requests for Replicas of Discontinued Fragrances

• Please note that when requesting replicas of branded or discontinued fragrances that they will be close with the same notes, but not exact replications.
  
  
• We cannot reproduce an exact copy as we do not have the exact fragrance list with amounts used plus some fragrance oils and perfuming molecules vary from brand to brand.

Regarding Number of Fragrance Notes

• Please note for the perfume oils to limit any suggestions to 10 fragrance notes or less. This is to safely even out the ratio of fragrance with the carrier oil. For instance; a perfume oil in a 15ml bottle should have a combined 50 drops (combined of all aromatic ingredients). This means if you select 20 notes it is going to be hard to keep it within safe dilution standards meaning some would have one drop and be barely noticeable. There is more wiggle room for the 2 ounce eau du parfum sprays, but would still keep it to less is more.

How to Build a Perfume

• Perfumes are structured by top notes, middle notes, and base notes. They can be distributed in numerous ways, however something that is mostly top notes like citrus or mint will burn off much faster. The middle notes give it more weight in the mid range; these can vary with florals and herbaceous notes. Base notes are usually very heavy fragrances like resins, some of the heavy exotic florals, and some spicy and woody, for example Jasmine, Vanilla, Patchouli, Dragons Blood.

Private Label Policy

• We do not do private label offerings based on any of our custom listings nor any of our permanent catalog items. All private label design considerations require a $1,000 deposit for time, effort, and supplies. Additional fees may be applied during contract negotiation and testing phases and/or a 25% cut of the final design as sold. We do not private label our permanent catalog items or individual custom made to order creations.

AI Policy

• PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT CUSTOM PERFUME DESIGNS FROM CHATGPT AND GENERATIVE AI.
  
  We believe in creating our own works and not from machine-generated "creativity" stolen from the works of others. It is rather easy to detect use of AI Generated perfume designs in that the 'perfume formulation' is written with AI marketing speak.
