Fall/Winter Sales will run through December 31st
Economic instability and inflation have impacted small businesses both personally and professionally so we are extending ALL of our holiday sales through the end of the year.
Some sales will only apply to our website Belladonna's Botanicals as we do not carry all of our products on other platforms due to policy issues.
We will be adding more over the holiday season including some select bundles on our website and possibly Etsy as well as some overstock items and more.
- Orders are processed by date
- We ship Monday - Friday
- 5-7 business days for most products
- ALL custom/made to order items are 10 business days
- We have RUSH ORDER Upgrades on our website and Etsy
- Order cancellations will be honored within 24 hours of the sale.
- NO refunds on orders running late due to postal services. If lost we will resend the order.
USPS Shipping Updates
USPS has announced changes to their services in addition to the recent rate increases and now services will be slower on delivery. The most drastic is to the ground advantage services that now could take up to 10 days for delivery.
We do our best to get our orders out early or on time. We have noticed over the past month the impact of the United States Postal Service slow downs on parcels. This also means that parcels look like they aren't scanned. For instance, I had an herb order that was scanned in California on October 7th and no updates have occurred since then and in numerous other cases the expected delivery dates are wrong. I have had outstanding incoming parcels that say "you order is arriving tomorrow" but the tracking shows it is still days away and then they get delayed another few days. Please keep this in mind this holiday season.
USPS Ground Advantage 🚚
- Packages between the contiguous U.S. and affected locations will have an expected delivery time of 10 days or more. Some routes may take significantly longer.
- Ground Advantage packages under 1 lb will now primarily travel by surface transportation (same as packages over 1 lb).
Priority Mail ✈️
- Shipments to or from Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands will have a 2–4 day service expectation.
- Shipments to or from Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, and Palau will have a 2–6 day service expectation.
- Priority Mail Express is not affected.
