Custom Product Order Policies

Please note that all custom product orders MUST have details included either in a checkout note or by messaging us at belladonnasbotanicals@gmail.com or via platform specific messaging systems within 24 hours of the order.

All custom items missing any details will be canceled and refunded after the 24 hour window. I do not have the time to chase people down for days, especially when correspondences go unanswered. This slows up the process immensely.

All custom products have a turn around time of 10 business days.

No refunds or returns unless product is damaged or lost during shipping - see Returns and Refund policies above. No exceptions.
- If you are placing orders for multiple items AND custom items, we suggest possibly creating two separate orders if you need the other items faster.

No AI generated formulations will be accepted. We believe in creating our own works and not from machine-generated "creativity" stolen from the works of others. It is rather easy to detect use of AI Generated perfume designs in that the 'perfume formulation' is written with AI marketing speak.

We do not provide samples and testing for our custom perfumes or other items as that would eat into the shipping costs and additional product costs above and beyond what we charge for our custom designs. If you would like to arrange something, we can discuss extra costs for shipping samples and the extra materials needed to create them
