A quick message from Jennifer
I just wanted to give everyone heads up with our processing and shipping times and how we process orders. I am prefacing this with I am AuDHD and have chronic pain due to an autoimmune disorder and joint pain issues. I have a lot of doctors appointments, tests, physical therapy, and other routine medical appointments since I have spent all of this year trying to get all of this managed and under control. I am single and my business is my sole form of income. I should also note that I am doing the vast majority of this myself.

Our standard processing times are 5-7 business days with shipping Monday - Friday. All custom/made to order items are on a 7-10 day turn around time. Our wholesale processing times are 11-14 days. That said, I do my best to get things out as soon as I can, however sometimes due to health issues or other unforeseen things.

Please note that sometimes due to the timing of my numerous medical appointments that sometimes I have to print out shipping labels in the evening to get my orders ready to go out the next day before appointments.
