HOW TO CONTACT US

All forms of contact should either be done through platform specific messaging systems or via email at belladonnasbotanicals@gmail.com. There are numerous ways to contact us on any platform – please contact us on the appropriate platform in which you placed your order. For example, if you place an order on our website, please do not message us on Etsy.

We do not make available our personal phone numbers or other means of communication. All questions can be asked via email or messaging system. As a neurodivergent person, it is extraordinarily overwhelming when customers send dozens upon dozens of messages - we ask that you send us a message with all of the details for the message - not 20 messages with one thing each. We do our best to read and answer our messages as best as we can. Messages that just say "hi" or are immediately caustic and abusive will be deleted.

Due to the amount of spam we receive, Social Media messaging is not an optimal way for communication

It is very important to respect our contact boundaries as I do not appreciate people seeking out my personal phone number and calling or texting me. This is a gross violation of my privacy as an individual. We also do not respond to questions left in Etsy reviews as this is not the best way to contact us.

We will never contact you and message you like ‘oooh honey your energy is so whatever I feel drawn to do a reading for you’. It's a common and well-known tactic for scammers especially when they duplicate accounts. Rest assured, I do not have the time to have multiple accounts on any given platform. I have personal ones for myself and the rest are for Belladonna’s Botanicals. Our official links will be on our website, social media, YouTube, and selling platforms.
