AI Policy

We at Belladonna’s Botanicals have been committed to not using Generative AI in our work, designs, and our social media and YouTube assets. We’ve been committed to our stance for many years while there is a place for AI applications in some areas, we are, however, as creatives, not participating in or using generative AI.

This policy carries over to our custom made to order product creations. As creatives, it is incredibly insulting to be handed something that is created with generative AI or ChatGPT as a custom product design. We will not accept any ChatGPT or other generative AI designs since generative AI have been trained on the stolen and plagiarized works of other artists, designers, writers, authors, and content creators, etc. 

As an artist, a designer, a writer and a content creator I have and will continue to be against generative AI, as it was trained on the stolen works of millions of individuals, and I will not participate in creating custom products or designs based on generative AI 

We are committed to AI policy and not using generative AI for many reasons, including environmental ones, and as stated above, using plagiarized works to create something from that.
