Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Due to the nature of our witchcraft and personal care products, refunds are only possible if the item is damaged or missing from the order, otherwise we do not offer refunds on our products. We require photographic proof of damages.
We do not refund shipping costs on lost or undeliverable items - domestic or international. It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping addresses or to inform us of any issues prior to shipping.
Cancellations can be processed within 24 hours of the order. We no longer offer cancellations after that point.
Due to the rise of scammers the following is non-negotiable:

All damages during shipping require proof of damage. We will ONLY send a replacement and no longer offer refunds for claims of lost or damaged items. We recently had a scammer on Amazon who returned literal garbage in the mail then filed cases against us for not refunding them. We are sorry to have to have such strict policies that hurt our loyal customers, but we have to protect ourselves and the business from scammers.

Absolutely no returns or refunds on products opened or used.

Returns will not be refunded until we have received the item in the mail and that it is the correct item and not garbage.
- All lost or missing parcels MUST have a missing mail search performed by the customers and/ or MUST have a claim filed by the customer via the United States Postal Service or other shipping carrier.
- We also now have fraud filters as we have had a few newer issues with scammers and fraudulent charges. Anything flagged as "high risk" will automatically be cancelled.
