Custom Product Order Policies

1. Please note that all custom product orders MUST have details included either in a checkout note or by messaging us at belladonnasbotanicals@gmail.com or via platform specific messaging systems within 24 hours of the order.

2. All custom items missing any details will be canceled and refunded after the 24 hour window. I do not have the time to chase people down for days especially when correspondences go unanswered. This slows up the process immensely.

3. All custom products have a turn around time of 7-10 days.

4. No refunds or returns unless product is damaged or lost during shipping. No exceptions.

5. If you are placing orders for multiple items AND custom items, we suggest possibly creating two separate orders if you need the other items faster.

All intentioned ritual oils are made to order - please allow for extra processing time for research and material gathering. Each oil will come in a 1 oz dropper bottle with herbs, essential oils, fragrances and other inclusions such as crystals. We can do combinations of intentions or ones that we do not currently carry in our offerings at this time.

We have added some additional options for custom intention oils due to high demand, process, and turn around time on our end.

  • Single Intention Witchcraft Ritual Oils will still be $24.99 such as ones not currently in our catalog i.e. Run Devil Run Oil or House Blessing Oil 
  • Single Intention Witchcraft Ritual Oils including any spirit or deity associated with it will be $29.99 i.e. Lilith's Sex Magick Oil or Archangel Raphael's Healing Oil
  • Single Intention Witchcraft Ritual Oils with name petitions towards a specific person will also be  $29.99 i.e. Love Binding Oil for Jane Doe and John Smith or Banishing Oil for Annoying Neighbor
  • Therapeutic Complementary Alternative Medicine Healing oils will also be $34.99 as different methods of research are required. These types of oils are NOT sold as "cures, remedies, or treatments per the FDA regulations in the USA and no medical claims of efficacy can be attached to such items. Please inquire for more details.
  • All complex speciality oils for very specific complex purposes, rituals, or areas of the scope of my expertise will start at $49.99. Please inquire first before ordering as there may be additional charges if I do not have all the components on hand and have to order something very specific

About Our Ritual, Crystal, and Deity Oils

All of our oils including ones designed for specific entities can be used as offerings,  to anoint candles, sigils, petition papers, crystals, mojo bags, poppets, for jar spells, and other ritual objects. Depending on the nature of the spellwork and the ingredients of the oils they can also be used to anoint the body and/or personal belongings. Skin test first to ensure no allergic reactions. If irritation occurs, wash the area with cold water and soap.

Our Creation Process & How to Use Our Oils

Belladonna’s Botanicals Oils are created to be used by anyone regardless of skill level or tradition. For that reason, we do not include specific spells or rituals because everyone's practices are different. We encourage you to find spells and rituals that suit your needs online via Google or YouTube or in any witchcraft related books. 

Each oil is handcrafted infusing botanicals, herbs, essential oils, fragrances, and other materials in a carrier oil and imbued with magical energy. Jennifer is a Reiki Master and Advanced Crystal Healer with multiple certifications and coursework in a variety of fields both magical and mundane.

Our ritual oils can be used in oil diffusers and candle warmed, but NOT water-based essential oil diffusers as they would clog the unit because of the carrier oils and other materials. Our oils are not to be confused with essential oils or fragrance oils either.

Product Specifications

All of our oils come in 1 oz glass dropper bottles. They may include any combination of carrier oils, natural preservatives, herbs, essential oils, fragrances, biodegradable glitter, natural colorants, crystal chips, and other materials.

If stored properly, the shelf life of our oils should be around 1-2 years. Over time you may notice the aroma may fade or the carrier oil starts to smell ‘off’. They are still usable if that happens.

General Product Safety Warnings: 

  1. If you have allergies or are concerned about ingredients, message us here. While we love to be transparent about our ingredient listings on line we face many challenges due to platform policies.

  2. Always use caution if pregnant or nursing.

  3. Keep away from children and pets

  4. Do not ingest or apply to sensitive skin areas or use internally.

  5. Always skin test first to see if there are any allergies or sensitivities. If an allergic reaction occurs, wash the area with soap and cold water. Hot or warm water will cause it to absorb faster.
